This is such a cool invention. I really hated being held hostage to high cost of cable. If you are looking to cut the cord this is the way to go if you don’t want to buy a new tv. My almost 10 year old Sony still works great and Roku extended its life.

Love this device. It is so easy to use, just plug into tv, short registration process, and you are ready to use so many popular programming sources. We use Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube and Hulu all the time. Very satisfied!

My previous Roku kept freezing so I got this new one and I’ve been having it for over a year and it works just as day one. I love I can use my phone to control it and listen with my headphones when I want to watch something but not wake up my baby.

Great way to get access to Streaming services, including Cable streaming from your current cable provider, on TV's that either don't have a coax cable jack nearby or you don't want to pay the cable company monthly for their set-top box or digital converter. We've bought 2 of these!

Had the original it iwas great. But the new model is unbelievable. Superfast and being able to hear through the handset is very cool. Lots of applications by far the best USB streaming device I have ever seen. Pretty much gave up on regular TV check it out for yourself it's the way to go.

Easy to install. Well worth the price. Extremely glad we purchased it.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THE ROKU TO ANYONE THAT DOES NOT OWN A SMART TV. WE HAVE A PROJECTOR IN OUR ROOM AND WOULD HAVE TO CONNECT OUR PHONE THROUGH CHROMECAST, WITH ROKU YOU CAN WATCH PRACTICALLY ANYTHING WITHOUT HAVING TO USE YOUR PHONE. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEVICE 100%. I GIVE THIS 5 STARS

Love this thing. I have a Roku 3 and an older Apple TV...for the price, this one beats all the others hands down. It has all the core features of its big brother, minus a few non-essentials that I don't care about (games). I picked up 2 more of these and use one when traveling!

I needed something better than an antenna for a tv I installed in my garage. I went to Best Buy and the young man who helped me suggested I try the Roku streaming stick. This thing works great! It was easy to install and I can pick up all of my cable channels from my wireless internet.

I wanted to stream programs on my TV instead of my computer. Chromecast wouldn't work with my PC so I tried Roku. It is easy to setup and streams from many sources. Recently I took it to my sister's when I was pet sitting and it worked just as well as at home. Highly recommend.

I purchased a ROKU 4 and was very happy with the item. I was determined to have ROKU on my bedroom TV and this stick was an excellent addition. Very easy to install and works great. I'm almost ready to drop the dish service as it way to costly and there are more shows on the ROKU.

This is my second one. The first one is on my LG. I bought this second one because I had problems setting up my Samsung Smart TV the way I wanted. I'm happy to say that since I have been using the Roku stick , I have no problems at all. It is small and extremely easy to set-up.

I've never used anything other than my phone or laptop to stream shows, this Roku stick is so much more convenient. I use the TVs USB port to power the Roku. The remote is small and basic but there is a smartphone app you can use. It's a shame there isn't a simple way to verify subscriptions using the Roku instead if going through a smartphone or computer. There are so many channels to search through and it seems like a subscription is necessary to watch newer shows. I thought maybe I could drop Dish Network but that won't be happening. I will say that series shows from the 70s (my childhood) are great, The sound level is very low and I'm not sure why. All in all for about $50 I'm pretty happy with this product. One thing you want to do is Google "hidden Roku channels" you will find some interesting programming.

Easier to navigate through the interface than Amazon's fire stick since it's not steering you toward Amazon Prime content, therefore, if you aren't a Prime member, it's more straightforward. Better for those needing simplicity and who don't want to jailbreak to load Kodi since it's not capable of doing this. Works as it should with no issues to date.

I decided to cut the cable cord recently and did a lot of research on streaming devices. I went with the Roku streaming stick because of price and reviews. I have not been disappointed! There has been no lag. The selection of apps is top notch. I've thoroughly enjoyed this device.

This Roku Streaming Stick is a convenient product but it would be very helpful to have a User Guide that explains the physical set-up, online steps in registering process, and an explanation of the remote buttons for using this product. With the only cost being the initial purchase it is a great way to lower monthly bills by not having to rent a cable box.

I have a Roku 2 and when I picked up the new Roku stick I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and performance. All of the same great channels and the set up was a breeze. Being able to use my phone as a remote is another plus on top of it. Definitely not missing my cable anymore!!
