Read reviews regarding the performance and organization of this steaming device which encouraged my purchase and I was not disappointed. I had already tried the Chromecast device and was not satisfied due to the lack of end user uniformity in their available applications.

I purchased this Roku for the bedroom, as I already had one in the living room... I have an over-the-air antenna and I don't want to pay for cable, so I wanted a few more channel choices besides the local network stations. Right away I noticed a big difference between this and the older version, this one doesn't have any "lag time" when you are trying to scroll through menus and type in movie titles - which is a huge improvement over the less expensive Roku stick. You can power this through a usb port on your tv with the included cable, or run it to a regular wall outlet if you don't have a usb jack on your tv. You will need at least one open HDMI port to plug it in to the tv. The ability to add Sling tv, Netflix, and all of the apps through this little stick and the smooth, fast response time when using the remote make this a great addition to my tv viewing. If you don't like it, you can always return it - but I love this product.

After seeing how fast programs downloaded at a friend's home, I went straight to Best Buy and purchased Roku the same night. I already had Chrome and was okay with it until I saw Roku. No constant circle waiting for program to appear on the screen. Wish I had seen Roku work first.

We had received as a gift another name brand product that was supposed to do what the Roku does. Every evening we could not run Hulu. So frustrated my daughter suggested we purchase the Roku stick. What a difference!!! We have had no problems watching anything!! We love it.

We recently just switched out our 4 chromecast for the Roku options which are far superior to all others. Over the years we have tried them all from the Western Digital boxes, the Boxee Boxes and etc. and the Roku products are easy enough for my 3 year to use with no help from me.

The best thing for my 3 kids rooms and my guest room. Save by getting rid of 4 extra cable boxes. Now I am looking at the Roku TVs!

I purchased the first one to use on my extra tv instead of a cable receiver box. It was so easy to install and had the extra advantage of additional apps I actually purchased a second one for a different tv.

This is my 3rd Roku. I only have one coaxial outlet, so Roku is in the bedrooms. It's great because it supports my cable provider Spectrum. Not to mention VUDU, Netflix and more. Easy to set up, easy to use.

I love this product. We recently got one for my daughters room to stream Netflix and cartoons. We soon realized that it is way more than that and have found a lot of use with the apps I plan on getting one for my bedroom and using it instead of a cable box great buy

Let me first say that I own Apple TV, Amazon Firee Stick, and a smart blu ray. This is by FAR the best overall. Very easy to use and very responsive . Portable and very convenient . Only complaint might be key placement on remote, mostly because I have had the other devices longer

As Roku is becoming more popular and popular and more applications are made for it. This will be helping the consumer to cut from their cable bill. This Roku stick is very fast and very easy to use and I wood recommend it to anybody that's looking to get a device for streaming

I attached thie Roku stick to my small HD tv in my bedroom. I have not yet signed up for a pay streaming service. However with Youtube and Samsung apps I am able to stream so many new shows that I like I've decided I don't need a pay for a streaming service at the current time.

Purchased this for a TV that is in a room with no access to cable. Works awesome! I can stream Time Warner Cable directly to the tv, plus Netflix, and so many other options. The unit doesn't constantly buffer and picks up my wi-fi with no issues. Very happy with my purchase!
