Easy to Setup, and Great to have

They no longer have cable TV, so having the Roku to stream Amazon Prime is very nice for them. They can enjoy a "family movie night". The 4 year old twins enjoy fun kids shows on YouTube. Setup was quick and easy.

Mobile and responsive... from phone

It's also nice to be able to use the phone instead of the remote, since the remote has problems working (we have tried multiple batteries). I also love the fact that I can use my headphones through the app. It's great when the rest of the house needs to be quiet.

So much power in a little stick

So much power in a little stick... If you're thinking about another company's stick or another company's "cast", don't do it! Get this! Roku is the top notch brand of streaming devices.

Great item for streaming video

The Google Chromecast is good and I own that as well but it does not have the capability to stream broadcast channels form your carrier.

My thought was that the Firestick's Alexa feature might be handy for my husband, who has difficulty using small keypads/controls. Both are great streaming devices. I use the Roku and am completely satisfied.

Better than my high expectations

It's very easy to setup and is perfect for using our HBO go, Netflix and Prime Video (and has 100+ capabilities I haven't used). I may be purchasing a few more as Christmas gifts.

I bought this product to add Netflix to an old tv

I put it in the bedroom , but was recently able to move it to a t.v. in the kitchen because it is very portable and easy to use.I will be going to purchase another one .

Simple, easy and quick

Installation took about 10-15 minutes as I had a few apps that I wanted to download. After that it was a breeze to use my favorite apps.

While not supporting 4K, it supports 1080p. Given the time it will take for 4K programming to be common place, I think this is the best solution for now and the immediate future.

Very simple setup, intuitive interface, and love that I can not only control it from my iPhone, but can also set the audio out to run through my iPhone so I can listen with headphones from across the room. Very happy with this purchase.

The features/apps available thru it are actually more than I can possibly use. It is user friendly even for me - a NOT so technologicaly inclned individual. An awesome little tool.

Love the Stick!

When in hotels I plug it into the USB port on the television, sign into the hotels wi-fi and voila I have Netflix and other apps while I am away from home. Don't leave home without it.
