I did notice a little sluggish response in the interface compared to the roku 3... But after I setup all the apps and used it for a day or so, that all seemed to go away and it was very responsive. It is definately the best dongle I've used so far, prefer this hands down over chromecast. I did miss the headphone jack - but for $50 you can't beat it.

This Roku works perfectly fine but it is not the newest generation of the device so be sure to check if it is what you need.

As a cord cutter Roku allows me to watch favorite shows without high cable bills.

I used the first generation roku stick and was already happy with it, but it was low and crashed from time to time. I have been using the new stick for months and I'm very happy with it's speed and stability. Other than that it works pretty much the same as the older stick

This was just enough of what we needed to get Sling TV. No whistles and bells needed. We had tried Chromecast previously and it didn't work well at all. Viewing with the Roku Streaming Stick is smooth and reliable - even in our very old house with thick walls.

Works well for the price. We purchased to stream Netflix and it does a great job, especially for me, as I am not tech savy.

I thought when I got this 'thing' that it was going to be another useless toy. I quickly found that between myself, and my roommate, and the free channels offered, that we have so much to watch for movies, tv, sports, and news, that we no longer needed cable service. Romulo saves me a lot of money with my unlimited data plan! I love this thing!

This was so simple to use. Just locate your bus port on your smart. Make sure to line it up. Next plug it in, turn tv on and enter your email address, your user name and a password and your ready to sit and watch all your favorite shows, there are tons and tons of shows and movies on Netflix.you or you kids will never be bored again. Love my roku

There are advantages and disadvantages to a roku versus an amazon firestick versus chromecast versus apple TV so do your research first. I figured out that the roku was the best for my set up and so far it is working as planned and it was very easy to set up.

Moving from cable to streaming was much easier than I expected! We had no problem setting up the system and trying different subscriber services is easy with the Roku. I like the fact that it "remembers" what you were watching last and asks if you want to continue.

I own all the versions of Roku players including the latest model 4. This stick model works very well and is plenty fast enough so you would not complain about navigating the menus. Streams in 1080p perfectly.

Just plug it in and log into my Roku account and everything showed up on this TV

We had to re-pair the remote to the stick numerous times, but I think that was more an issue with the resorts WiFi than the Roku. Otherwise the device performed flawlessly. This fall it will go to college with my son. This is my third Roku device and they all work great!

The Roku Stick is a great streaming device at a great price. Connects to all the major streaming applications, private channels, and to local live news coverage. There are boxes out there with more bells and whistles but for the price you can't beat this product.

This product is excellent for TV that are off of cable TV and connection is fast
