Easy to use. Replacement for 4 year old Roku that died. Like the volume control of the tv.

I couldn't find an app to get my Fire TV to work with my provider. Roku made it easier.

Definitely, the price is good, but I try many time to connect to my TV and for any reason to be qgetting one I had to return

A Roku device itself is fantastic, but the Roku Streaming Stick+ is just that little bit better. Opening screen quicker than older devices and providing content in HD, 4K and HDR…. as well providing a remote control that can be used with voice commands! For what it does the device is surprisingly very small, and easy to setup: 1. Plug it into an HDMI socket on your TV 2. Connect to the internet 3. Setup or sign into your Roku account 4. Done! Once your Roku account is setup you can stick with the default channels, or use the Roku for what it can really do and add any of the hundreds of channels that are available... including international channels, games, music and more! Thereby allowing you to personalise the device so it only displays channels that you enjoy! Having cancelled my Sky contract (a UK media company) several months ago, the Roku has really shone as an exceptional media device. The Stream Stick+ provides 4k content when it’s available and the voice remote has come into its own. See my video review where I demonstrate just how useful this is! Easy to use and great for what we needed it to do.

I purchased this Roku Streaming Stick 4K device to replace an older Roku Express that had stopped receiving updates and become frustratingly slow. My old Express was approaching 10 years of faithful service so I decided it was time to retire it and get a suitable replacement and stick with the Roku ecosystem. This little stick is about the size of your typical USB drive and plus in neatly (and out of sight) to an available HDMI port on the back of my TV. I also received the upgraded remote with dedicated buttons for quick launching apps and the voice control. Within less than 5 minutes this little speedster detected and joined my network, updated itseld, then rebooted and was ready to go. I only had to download a couple of apps from the Roku store and then sign into each item with my credentials. Even though I have an older flat screen TV this Streaming Stick still gets a great picture quality and the apps load much quicker than they did on my 10 year old Express. Whether you're already familiar with or new to the Roku system, grab one of these little gems for yourself. You won't be disappointed!

Tried to return this item. Didn’t realize it was 15 days instead of 30. Item unopened and accompanied by receipt. Realized we didn’t need it. We were traveling and barely missed return time. Manager was rude!!!!

The product didn't work, unfortunately I bought it from Colombia and when it arrived I didn't have the opportunity to return it. I have contacted the Roku service but it has not been possible to get a solution, I am really very disappointed in the product. I don't recommend buying it.

I recently bought the Roku Streaming Stick 4K from Best Buy, and honestly, it’s been one of the best purchases I’ve made for streaming. Setup was super simple — just plugged it into my TV, connected to Wi-Fi, and it was ready to go. The picture quality is amazing — super clear 4K with vibrant colors. It loads apps quickly, and I haven’t had any buffering issues thanks to the long-range Wi-Fi feature. The voice remote is super handy too. I just say what I want to watch, and it pulls it up right away. No more typing stuff in letter by letter. What I like: Smooth streaming and fast loading Crystal clear 4K video Easy to install and use Remote with voice control is super convenient Small and easy to travel with Minor downside: Needs a power source (not a big deal though) If you’re thinking about getting a streaming stick, I totally recommend this one. Best Buy had a good deal on it too, so I’m happy with the purchase!

It’s CRAP! Just pay that extra 10.00 for your remote from Xfinity! Do not BUY THIS IT WILL GIVE OUT!!! I have returned several times! 3 times and not returnable !!!

I have been a A/V installer for many years and appreciate what the ROKU devices offer. I have numerous models in my home from basic to Ultra 4k. They are easy to set up, easy to use and have really quick/ responsive menus. The picture quality is very high as default, but might need some tweaks in the settings menu for the person that wants the best possible. The ROKU line of products really transform older TVs with HDMI input into modern smart TVs and in my case also load and respond much faster than the built in smart features on a top tier 85" TV that is only 2 years old. There are no charges other than purchase price unless you want to buy movies or use pay service options.
