I really only need a device that would allow me to stream my phone to a TV when I'm staying at a hotel, and it turns out that I actually like the whole Roku product as it gets very easy access to many of the streaming apps that I already have accounts for. Plus a whole lot of extra free apps that I was not even aware of ( keep in mind that when I say free I mean with ads). Overall it was pretty easy to set up and worked Beyond expectations.

The best traveling streaming stick on the market. I travel a lot for my work and I use it in hotels. The connection to the hotel Wifi is very convenient, and using your phone or iPad, it works all the time. I have all my streaming apps wherever I go. They all work without any issue in 4K HDR/Dolby Vision: YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Crunchyroll, Prime, Apple TV, Vudu, etc It is fast and reliable. The only thing that could make it better is a lower power consumption because some TV USB connectors are not powerful enough, and you need to plug it somewhere else.

Super easy to set up and use. One of the best user interfaces for a streaming device. Love how small and easy this is to pack up and take with me on trips. And the fact that it supports both HDR and Dolby Vision is great. Also works great with WiFi even outside of my house on the TV in our gazebo. The remote is easy to use as well. Simple product that is well designed and works the way you'd expect it to.

Got rid of home satellite service and this device has been great. We have 2 different Roku devices in our house and they are awesome. Service is better than what we had before, set up was very easy. Getting to know the ins and outs was not what I’ve expected but have now gotten the hang of using our Roku. If I could give a higher rating we would have.

I absolutely love my Roku Stick! It was incredibly easy to install and set up—had it up and running in minutes. Managing apps and switching between channels is super simple and intuitive. The roku is super easy to use, I have purchased many roku streaming sticks/devices - super easy to set up, connect all your streaming in one, I have purchased 2 for my parents so the can stream everything from my accounts, apple, paramount+, prime, max, netflix, fubo….we never have any issues and is easy for my elderly parents to navigate!!

I purchased 3 Roku Streaming Sticks 4K-HDR for my TVs once I dropped my cable provider and just went with internet only and streaming. The ease of setup was great and the Roku menu is so easy to move around. Highly recommend them.

Great product. Basically, a plug & play streaming stick with excellent picture quality, extremely user-friendly with a wide assortment of app selections at a reasonable price. I live reviewing things like this. What is there to say about a Roku stick that hasn’t been said before. It works, it’s easy to set up. It functions as intended. It’s like reviewing a fork. You know what a fork is and how a fork works. Did you know the pokey things are called tines? True story. Same as shoeless. They function as intended, no more no less. Also, by the by, the ends of a shoelace are called aglets. So uhh… it was shipped super quickly. That was nice and it’s pretty inexpensive, which helps as we’re all pretty poor these days. Anywho, hope this helps. Don’t know why it would but do yourself a favor and give yourself some grace today. You’re beautiful and wonderful. If anyone tells you any different they are wrong.

This Roku was a perfect addition to the tv in our garage. It came with batteries already in the remote and all the channels we wanted plus more.

I have a roku ulta for my tv and I needed something to attach to our projector as the projector brand no longer supported Netflix. The roku ulta is a little box that is attached the tv and I like the ease of using Roku that I looked into what other products Roku had that would be compatible for projectors. Both the ulta and the roku streaming stick worked with the projector. I chose the streaming stick as it is a smaller unit that just attaches to the back of the projector HDMI spot. It was easy to hook up and start using. The only issue is that the roku controller was asking for the tv name and as it is not a tv or one of the devices prelisted in the registering the use of the volume controlls on the roku controller do not work but that is not a big problem. I would recommend using a roku stick as it is very simple to use and the roku programs along with their live channels are great and you can always find something to watch.

The Roku Streaming Stick 4K is an excellent streaming device for the price. It supports sharp 4K HDR streaming and has a simple setup. The voice remote is handy, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. It is very easy to setup. Just plug it right into the HDMI port and use USB for power. I bought it to replace an old Amazon firestick. Roku keeps things clean, simple, and neutral. No clutter, no heavy promotions. It’s the easiest interface for pure streaming.

I purchased this during a black Friday sale and must say that for the price ($29.99 when purchased) this is an amazing value. I bought this to replace an aging 2017 era Roku Premiere 4K (non HDR version) which was starting to feel sluggish and not as responsive as it once did. The Streaming Stick 4K is much more compact (a dongle versus a countertop box) and can be plugged directly into the HDMI port so you don't even need an HDMI cable to use it. Having said that, I needed an HDMI extender cable, which is not included in the package. Roku does offer you that you can order one for free though, but if you ask me they should have just included it in the box. Other than that minor gripe, this is a really great value for the money, even at it's $49.99 retail price. Do try and get it though when on sale as the value is just way better. Speaking of features and usability the Streaming Stick 4K offers the updated Roku enhanced remote (the mid tier model, aka the one without the always on mic and rechargeable battery) which can also control the power and volume controls on your TV. This is great because on one of the televisions I have uses the Roku as a pseudo cable box (we have Spectrum and use the Roku app) so not having to look for and use multiple remotes to control the TV is pretty nice. The UI is typical Roku, so if you've used a Roku in the past it's pretty much the same as before (NOT a bad thing!). If this is your first time using Roku just know the UI is pretty basic but again, that can be a good thing, especially for folks who may not be tech savvy. All in all I'm giving this Roku 5 stars because of it's value overall. It's a typical Roku experience but for the money it's tough competition for the likes of Apple TV (of which I also own), especially when you can get the Apple TV+ app on Roku. If you're looking for a streaming box/stick and are on a budget you can't go wrong with Roku!
