On the initial installation, the unit didn't retain any memory of prior channels. Not being sure if there was a defect in the Stick, I contacted the cable company. I was not the stick but getting it in sync with network. Now it is operating as expected, following the replacement of the previous stick that failed after 4 years of operation.
