Love Roku and this streaming stick is perfectly self powered by the tv!

Great buy and the sales person was just excellent.

Wish I had bought one a long tome ago. Love the free content that Roku has. There is at times a short delay ( maybe 20-15 seconds) to load up a channel, but absolutely love the device. Easy to get to xfinity, Amazon Prime, Netflix and many others. Just go get one!

PRO: Staff was professional, knowledgable, and worked very hard to resolve questions/issues. They were kind/respectful and patient. They did not make the customer(s) feel stupid because they did not know the correct questions to ask or completely grasp the answer(s). CON: It is very hard to get appointments on the day/time needed to have products services. Multiple trips to the store have to be made, resulting in too much time and expensive.

Gotta Love The Roku My only Complaint is all the commercials you have put up with now the first roku i bought there was not that many commercials but that was about 10 years ago they make more money from the ads then they make from the hardware they sell to us

I love Roku free stuff and this stick is small and easy to install. And once you get use to the remote, it's easy and simple to use.

As a big Firestick person, I was curious if Roku stood up. I'm thoroughly enjoying my purchase and the only negative I see is the lack of the option to sideload apps.

It has a very simple design compared to the traditional TV remote that has many buttons that are never used and this makes it very easy for young children to use in the car without needing help.

Easy to connect, easy to use. Plenty of channels to choose from.

Everything seems very fresh. Love the voic remote feature

I love the Roku brand. We own and Ultra and two Sticks. I only give four stars because our Sticks will (rarely but once in a while) not work indicating that they have "low power". They're always plugged in and the power light is on. Eventually, it always resolves itself but it does happen.

Makes it possible for me to have TV access in jy bedroom.

Love Roku as an option (I only use the free stuff), but I like the fact that I have the flexibility to get access to a lot of information or show I could only access via the internet previously. It also is a very affordable option if you already have affordable internet. Unfortunately, I can't get rid of my TV package unless I lose my substantial internet and phone discounts, so I haven't cut the cord, but I see why people do so.

Seems to work well although we don’t watch much TV.

I really enjoyed the quick and easy setup and the user friendly interface that makes streaming less stressful.
