I want to preface this by saying when I initially bought it i was in love with it by all the options i had on what they can channels but lately ive had to unplug it alot and reconnect the remote. Maybe i’ll buy a newer model until then I’ll just use the preprogrammed channels on my tv itself

Sales agent oversold us this item and should have been informed enough to tell us it was overkill.
