I was torn between a Roku and a Firestick, and I ultimately ended up going with the Roku and I am so glad I did! I have had some experience with a Firestick, and while I enjoyed all the functions and features it has to offer, I just felt it was clunky and slow at times. The Roku has completely exceeded my expectations in terms of speed, features and functionality. For the price, I feel that the Roku is well worth the money, and better overall than a Firestick.

My remote control quit working while it was still under warranty. I wanted to call Best Buy, but THERE IS NO PNONE NUMBER TO TALK WITH AN EMPOLYEE--only chat rooms to talk with other customers--which I absolutely detest. So, I went to the store and explained what happened. I was told to bring it in to store to receive credit toward its replacement. Everybody was courteous and helpful and even picked up the new replacement, because I am elderly and physically handicapped. They were very nice to me.

Roku is a wonderful streaming stick that does a good job replacing cable I have saved lots of money using it this is my second one one for the TV and one for the projector.

Very easy and intuitive Roku stick excellent for placing it on a TV for outdoor use. I gifted it to my buddy to watch his sports programs at the patio area and he likes it. It has good range for wifi connectivity and can be plug directly to the TV for power using one of the USB. All in all an excellent value especially at a Black Friday deal.

It works Great so far for the limited way i use it. The earlier version has a buffering issue. Hope this has higher memory.

Really like the availability of movies and shows that I usually don’t get to watch using the 4K Fire stick. Great product for the price and would recommend it to anyone who wants to avoid lines at the cinema, while you enjoy dinner and a movie in the comfort of your home.

I own various Roku streaming devices and feel they are the most user-friendly smart devices available. I've used other platforms and tend to gravitate to Roku for the features, ease of use, and quality for the money. Are they perfect? No, but what is? Sure, adding an input change button would be ideal, but it's not a problem to use the TV remote for something like that, in my opinion. The oldest Roku device I have is a Roku 3 that's about 9 years old and it still works (slower than newer Rokus but it works fine).

Roku is definitely the easiest platform to deal with. I chose this particular model because of plug in network connection- but we have the Wi-Fi only one also which works great too.

This Roku unit works better than expected. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys streaming videos.
