I chose the Roku since I was advised that it would work for my TV getting Spectrum streaming services. Installation instructions were pretty simple, and I downloaded the app as well, that had some FAQs that I used. I also used the Roku help live helpline that got me through some related issues I had that in the end was not due to the Roku. Easy to use, but I am still learning all the ins and outs of it.

The one in the bedroom volume doesn’t go up or down or the mute button doesn’t work good. The one downstairs, the volume up or down or mute doesn’t work at all or the microphone doesn’t work at all. Very disappointed in both. If the remotes work I would be satisfied with the rest of the system.

Roku Replacement

Best Buy had the product, which made the replacement easy and it was on sale to boot. I was able to get my wife’s programming up and running again. I just hope this stick lasts longer than the last one did.
