Fast and easy to set up

Amazing Gadget

It has saved hundreds of dollars from using cable. It is user friendly. After finally buying one, I went back and bought a couple more for family.

Posted .Hi Myoko, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. In the meantime, please try this simple step: carefully unplug the power cable from your Roku player and allow it to cool down. Ensure it has good ventilation and is not in an enclosed space. You can also try installing a free HDMI extender to move your Roku away from the back of your TV. Didn’t need a new tv

There was a learning curve for some family members, as the remote is very different. We are not fans of the volume controls being in the side. Often when picking it up they are touched which is annoying. Otherwise, glad to have one with voice control.

I could not find another service that offered it and the Angel App would not work on my desktop, only my phone. Best way to watch their shows.

I give these as gifts and they are all grateful.

Necessary evil but works as intended

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately for me I had to buy this device in order to use my internet/cable provider service (Spectrum) via internet instead of having a cable box because the brand of tv (Sony Bravia) I have doesn’t offer it as an app. So it seems to me it would be better to purchase a tv that already has roku in it but otherwise this device works ok and is easy to use and set up. It does have some technical difficulties which I believe are the internet service provider issues. I haven’t really explored the apps on this device as I have quite a few overlapping between my tv and this device. So basically I only purchased this device to be able to have my internet/cable provider usage which includes my local channels and some cable channels. I would appreciate any guidance on this if someone could help or make suggestions to me.
