Worked out of the box in existing account, and recognized our channels. While on vacation were able to sign in on it in the hotel and watch our shows as usual. Sound and picture quality were great, and streamed with no lag. Perfect for travel. Best buy was more pricey than Amazon but got it price matched without issue.

Roku is a great product and will save you a ton of money from Xfinity. Roku has xfinity app and a tons more

Works so well, apps should not be run from a TV. A TV should be limited to a display. After setting up one Roku, it’s easy to set up another (just setup the WiFi and log into it). User experience js solid. Best bang for the buck for sure!

Great product even for smart tv’s! Have 4 in the home. Navigation is superior in comparison to the Fire Stick.

Replaced an older Roku with this stick and do not regret it. I never realized how snappy these newer Roku’s are. I also like the fact that this newer stick version controls the TV power, volume and it alleviates the need to have my old Roku on the tabletop under the tv. I would highly recommend this to replace an older or outdated version.

Over the past couple of years I've been hearing the term "streaming" thrown around like I'm supposed to automatically know what it is. After speaking with Best Buy Sales personnel, I recently decided to have "streaming" (via the Roku Streaming Stick) on my new Sony TV.... and absolutely love it. Would never go back to basic cable.

I love in love with this Roku stick the sound and picture are perfect.

It works great but I didn’t realize it’s not compatible with all tv brands. It worked on some of my TVs but the tv I wanted it for it was not compatible so I used the regular smart tv apps the tv came with.

We had to upgrade to 4k when we bought a newer 4k tv. Excellent quality picture.

Surprised how fast it is, and the picture quality is phenomenal!

Much easier to use than expected. My only issue is the stick gets pretty warm. I didn't feel comfortable having this plugged into the back of my TV for this reason. I don't have many HDM's so I purchased a switch box and use an HDMI cable to attach to TV and this solved the issue. My HDMI's are not easy to reach so it's not convenient to unplug when not in use or to hook up my Blu Ray player. I don't use Roku stick all of the time and just use for occasional streaming. Has worked great for that.

These work well most of the time. Occasionally they buffer which requires you to reboot it by unplugging it for 15 seconds and plugging it back in. And occasionally too the remote volume control stops working. The fix is to remove and reinstall the batteries in the remote. However they are a one time purchase which saves us from having to pay Spectrum for 4 cable boxes at $10 each every month so we can live with the glitches once in awhile.

It works great and I am enjoying the roku stream very much.

I bought this Roku streaming stick to replace my broken Roku box. It is very easy to setup and works flawlessly. Highly recommended.

If I could give this 100 stars I would. Keegan , the best buy employee saved me 157.00. I thought that I had to buy a new roku tv but Keegan told me about this roku device and I have hundreds of channels that I never had before. If you want Roku, get this device NOW!!! NO REGRETS!!
