Set up was easy. Voice feature works great and its very fast going through the menu. Then came the problem. Every time it goes idle from not using it the device freezes up. You have to unplug it to reset it every time you use it and I mean every time. Tried factory reset but didnt change anything. Was going to bring back to BB for an exchange, but even after all the factory resets it kept all of my apps and personal information on it, so I will keep it so that information stays with me. I will just continue to unplug it before every use so I can still use it.
