I didn’t know ROKU sticks went bad…over time…this upgraded stick has been great for us.

FAST AND EASY- I ordered on line, and went right in and was taken care of right away

I bought this to bring my TV back to life and I am very satisfied. My smart TV was beginning to slow down in its ability to stream content. I got the streaming stick to avoid buying a new tv. As long as I use an extension cord to keep the streaming stick away from the back of the tv, it never overheats...it was apt to do so before I got the extension. I love that the Roku remote turns tv off and on. Overall, I absolutely love it.

The big thing for us is the interface it uses. We have 14 in service at 3 houses and they do occasionally malfunction and sometimes the TV doesn't want to go to that hdmi port. But, we hate both the Samsung and LG smart TV interface. For us we need to significantly customize the screen that pulls up by default. But, it's really pretty easy. At least it's a lot easier than doing anything on the TV's menu interface.

So far works great replaces older unit easy to install.

This Roku system works well and is real easy to setup. It has many Apps and you can install apps. The remote is nice as it interfaces with your tv and the Roku system (just one remote needed).

I have an older Smart TV that didn't have the streaming app I subscribed to so I shopped around and found Roku. If your older TV doesn't have the app you are looking for this device does and many more streaming apps. You can have ALL your steaming apps in one device controlled by one remote control device. Easy to install, plug in the Roku into your TV (uses an HDMI and USB port), log in and start streaming. I had the previous version of this Streaming Stick and saw the that there was a new version out and on Sale, so I bought it to install on another TV I have. I'm not techy enough to tell you all the stuff it can do, but it does check your screen resolution to give you the best quality stream for you TV. The biggest difference I noticed was that it loads up faster than the previous version. I used to walk in the house, start up Roku and start bringing stuff into the house, buy the first trip it was running. Now I start up Roku and don't have time to go bring in stuff into the house.

[Employee of bestbuy] Easy to set up and use streaming device. I got it for my parents and have not heard any complaints about it. They use it to stream hulu live tv which is their main streamed content app. I had originally read that the live hulu app may not be available on all Roku devices but that was not the case.

I love Roku. My older ones were pucks, and still work just fine. I just wanted an upgrade. It is easy to install. You just plug it in the back of your television (which is great because it doesn't stick out), connect it to your Wi-Fi, and you're done. I cut the cable cord years ago and haven't looked back. I have a Roku and an antenna on all of my televisions, and never run out of things to watch.

We had to replace an old Roku that tended to overheat. This one was simple to install, even uses the USB port on the tv for power. This allows it to remain completely hidden on back of tv, no wires showing. We don't use voice controls, used to just clicking on the remote, just like our old one.

Works great and the video quality is very good. The menu is very intuitive and would highly recommend. This is the 4th Roku device in my home and they all work great.

I have an older Samsung SmartTv from 2016 that works perfectly fine; when one day Netflix stopped working b/c my device was too old (confirmed by customer service). I was furious & almost cancelled the service. But I like having options so before cancelling, I did a little research & found lots of others had the same issue so they bought a Roku stick. For the price I gave it a shot not really expecting it to work. But in 10 mins I was streaming Netflix plus there’s other offerings as well! It took me longer to unbox it than to set it up! Love it!! Not one issue, no buffering, perfect picture & lots of cool offerings. HIGHLY recommend!!
