Updated my version of Roku. I love the new updated features.

Does what it’s supposed to do, Roku is one of the best streaming devices out there, recommend it highly

Excellent to have access to all the channels without a monthly payment for an extra box in my television service.

I've purchased a few of these for different TVs. I like them more than Fire Sticks. There's a more solid feel to their remotes, the heated stick is less, and the application choices vary (in a good way) from the Fire Sticks. Get the product when it goes on sale; makes buying several well worth it !

I have previously owner roku express devices and i can safely say that this roku stick is by far the fastest streaming device, testing internet speeds are 3 to 4 times faster than roku express.

This Roku Streaming Stick has given me better reception than my old Roku Stick. I replaced my original stick because it stopped working after nearly ten years. I certainly recommend this streaming stick, a great value for the price.

Best Buy is my store for everything. As an 80-year old widow, it would be hard to keep up with all the high-tech devices and the internet. But the very helpful, friendly young guys are always there for you with good advice and suggestions. I'm also on the annual tech program with the Geek Squad.

So happy I upgraded. The voice to type is so awesome and a time saver. I am able to check all of the apps for a show I want to watch

The stick works just as promised but it is very hard to get anybody to help if there is a problem. Chatting is considered the way to go. Getting a live person is much harder. We had to talk to someone in India to get live help.

Device does everything wanted. Using on a outside TV

I have multiple of these and like them So I bought another to replace an older one.

I switched from a Firestick to Roku. Very similar in operation but Roku offers a “guest” feature that the Firestick does not. One negative on the Roku is that the volume and mute buttons are on the side. It becomes annoying how often the mute button is accidentally hit.

I'm so pleased with this purchase. Wish I would've purchased it a while ago.

I think Roku is a better stick than Amazon. I have both. I like the functionality of Roku stick. Only down side is my remote eats batteries. Invest in rechargeable remote.

Great product, but I have difficulty in my livingroom TV as it is not a good HDMI fit, Yet, the one in the bedroom I cliped the cord to TV, fine!

Its ok. Volume issues. Doesn't want to work most of the time.

I found the product to be easy to install. There was no guesswork because I had installed several sticks. Even setting up the account took just a few minutes. There were the usual hoops to jump through which might concern a first time user. But overall, the purchase was well worth it.

Works perfectly with my new tv! I first thought not to get it, but your tv must be compatible for the spectrum app to work. The team helped me to secure the right tv and roku stick within my budget.

My wife had covid two weeks ago (first time), & self-quarantined in our bedroom. Our cable service had folded recently, so the Roku stick saved her sanity!
