They were kind/respectful and patient. They did not make the customer(s) feel stupid because they did not know the correct questions to ask or completely grasp the answer(s). CON: It is very hard to get appointments on the day/time needed to have products services. Multiple trips to the store have to be made, resulting in too much time and expensive.

Love the free content that Roku has. There is at times a short delay ( maybe 20-15 seconds) to load up a channel, but absolutely love the device. Easy to get to xfinity, Amazon Prime, Netflix and many others. Just go get one!

It also is a very affordable option if you already have affordable internet. Unfortunately, I can't get rid of my TV package unless I lose my substantial internet and phone discounts, so I haven't cut the cord, but I see why people do so.

Once I did, It's amazing how fast the apps load compared to the smart TV function. The menu and getting around to all my streaming services are much easier to find and much quicker to load.

When I did the setup it worked but after the update it did not. I tried 4 different times to go back through and it would not find the code for the TV. Can I get an update as to if this has been resolved

Roku was the most cost effective solution to get access to local channels online. We are located in a forest area so over the air broadcast signals in the UHF frequencies are very weak and inconsistent. We haven't really taken advantage of the other video services offered by Roku.
