We bought this stick for a tv that did not have Roku. We have put Roku Streaming Stick on our smart tvs because Roku is so much better than what the tv came with.

Tried a factory reset, but now it's stuck on the remote pairing screen - nothing changes that. Tried to exchange/return it, but Best Buy's return window is smaller than other stores. Would've been great had it kept working.

With the streaming service associated with putting Blockbuster out of business, if they don't have a movie that you want to watch (and they don't have ANY classics), you're SOL. With Roku, if a movie isn't in their catalogue, they provide links to other streaming services who do have the movie you want to watch, and usually they're free. Great company - easy to use.
