    I really liked the Roku remote but my son liked the Apple TV so he installed it. I guess I have to get used to it

    Happy so far with this devise. It took a little time to set up and configure, but now it works well on our Samsung TV. Cut the cord on Comcast☺

    It takes too many steps to complete setup. The directs user to subscribe. I prefer Google Chromcast.

    Excellent device. Only drawback is it does not have a keypad so I can't change the channel directly without going to the guide on Spectrun TV.

    Never used a device like this before. It works just fine, but little slow. Have to wait a minute or two before you can scroll through streaming options. Sometimes the features don't work, like the back feature, returning to the previous channel. The multi screen feature seems to show four screens, but only two are available.

    Poorer Quality Found with Newer Roku Stick 4k

    The new Roku Stick 4k has been disappointing. The remote will stop working intermittently until the batteries are pulled and reinserted. The remote was replaced under warranty by Roku. It worked for a few weeks, then started doing the same thing, but not as bad. The remote also has a different texture to the plastic. The Roku itself does appear to run a bit faster, but also sometimes resets unexpectedly. Maybe the stick itself is bad? I will probably contact Roku again.

    Better Roku choice

    This particular is a Roku upgrade for me. The lower-priced media player did not adhere to the TV for very long so a friend suggested I upgrade to this one, and I'm pleased I did.
