    Fairly simple to use though some family members did have difficulty with navigation. Is not compatible to stream 4K with some tv's in the household. Has infrequent hiccups with stability every now and then but nothing that lasts long.

    Satisfactory product but it does lack a volume button and the usual Roku remote is a somewhat clumsy thing - recommended as an adequate device

    ultimately we had to have a geeksquad member come out because there was no installation paperwork and we couldn't get the Roku to install correctly.
