Both are quick and responsive and better than the native TV apps. One works fine constantly the other makes the TV flicker to black whenever I'm searching for an app but still responds and streams well.

I had some difficulty getting it to work in a hotel. It may have been the hotel's wifi that was the problem. I tried calling Roku customer service and they did not provide any helpful information on how best to connect to a hotel wifi.

Some issues with getting back to the home screen because the remote stops working. I have tried new batteries and resets and things will be fine for awhile until the cycle starts over again. Maybe I just received a defective one who knows.

Posted .Hi Meshie, we understand you're having trouble with your Roku remote. Sometimes, Roku remotes can lose connection because of power problems, Wi-Fi issues, or random glitches. First, check that your batteries are in the correct position and that no debris is blocking the remote. Next, restart your Roku device. Go to Home > Settings > System > Power. If you do not see the Power option, choose System Restart.
Also, make sure your device has the latest software version. This can improve its performance and give you access to new features.
