Only disappointment was that theRoku’s HDMI plug in feature really didn’t work to power the device. Still needed to connect to AC power through the adapter provided.

Even so, this device is a serious step down from my old Roku Ultra. It does not control my soundbar the way it should, and after only a couple of weeks of use I have had to reset it twice. Even with new batteries in the remote, I often have to press a button several times to get it to perform an action (12 feet away - straight line; never an issue with my Ultra). I doubt that it would be effective controlling a newer 4K TV, based on it's shaky performance with my old set. I got it because I wanted to reduce the number of wires hanging on my TV wall, since it gets its' power from the TV's USB. I am going to replace it.
