Stopped working after 3 mos, Terrible support

The warranty process was needlessly complicated and took over an hour to finally get resolution. The agents were nice enough and professional, but agent 1 transferred me to agent 2, without saying why and then agent 2 made me repeat all of the same troubleshooting steps, even though I told them I had just done so with agent 1. I think Roku's goal is to hope people give up and drop off. I will not be buying another Roku product

The down side of this one is: it doesn't control sound bars only the sound built in to the TV. It also can't be controlled by typical universal remotes. For $20 this would be okay, for a premium $50 streaming solution not so much.

I've had to swap them out under warranty several times. If you get a good one, it lasts forever. If it's bad, you'll notice within a month or two. If you get the warranty, they'll simply give you a new one each time.
