In addition, try replacing the HDMI cable connecting your Roku device to your TV, or connect the Roku device to a different HDMI port on your TV. I have 4 Roku tvs and 3 of them , the remote does not work. Including this last one I bought several weeks ago. Called Roku support and there fix for all 3 was to go buy new remotes. Unexceptional!!
