It was replaced in a timely manner under warranty. Not sure how long this remote will last, but I don't remember ever having a remote control go bad on any other device that I have used. The remote control costs as much as I paid for the entire streaming stick package that I bought on sale.

Makes dumb TVs smart

The roku app also supports bluetooth so i can use my headpphones to watch whatever i want on a bigger screen

I waited 2 days just because I like to give a little leeway and it still was not operating smoothly.

Unresponsive to the remote and delayed response when using the remote. I just took a look at the roku stick that plugs into the TV and see that it has a wrapper on it that says reconditioned. They absolutely presented this as brand new and even had all the packaging perfectly done like it was brand new. I reviewed my purchase and it still doesn't say anything about reconditioned or refurbished when I bought it. It was an online purchase pickWed up at a store.

On has to be pressed a second time. The volume malfunctioned. I put it on mute and had a difficult time getting it to return to sound. I put in new batteries, but the issues persisted.
