    It’s ok, not as good as the 4k stick and it doesn’t always work I have to unplug it sometimes.

    I’ve been a fan of a roku for quite some time. But their new 4K devices have all had major problems. But luckily this one has been pretty good but it’s on a 720p tv so.

    I've had roku in the past which is why i decided to purchase again. This time around is completely different. It takes a while to connect and it tends to freeze a lot. It will restart on its own. This will definitely be my last time purchasing

    I have owned many Roku devices. This model is terrible, as I've had two fail in short order. The remote control volume buttons only work sporadically. Recognized wifi but stopped connecting, even after exhausting all troubleshooting steps and factory reset. Best Buy's short return policy means I'm stuck with the loss.

    Stopped working correctly after 4 months. Streamed various Roku devices for years and had zero issues until now. This device will stop streaming and created green lines and a piercing noise within either a few minutes of streaming or within 30 minutes of start of streaming. Googled how to trouble shoot, tested tv with another Roku device and no issues. This isn’t tv related, this is actual Roku streaming device related, and too late to return. Very annoying. Tried multiple ways to correct, nothing helps.

    Roku is Great, Just Not This One

    I have been using Roku devices for years, and currently have 5 active units in my house. I bought this one to hide behind a wall mounted TV, and it absolutely will not find the wireless receiver. I have tried every configuration imaginable, including different TVs, plugs, HDMI ports, etc. I always get the dreaded Error 022. Roku knows these are mostly defective, and refuses to admit it (Google Roku Error 022 just for fun). It's going back today.

    Did not work as it should with my Vizio TV. Tried all of the online help & chat help. Only works by powering devices off then on in a specific order. a lot of trouble. Only thing worse was trying to get help from Vizio. My old Roku works well with a much older Sharp TV.

    was not worth the extra 50 over the reg unit... and did not work shortly after purchase. Very disappointed.

    Its ok. Sometimes you have to pull it out to reset it. Because its a stick, that makes it harder to unplug and plug in.

    Best thing ever. I wish i would of known that the Roku is awesome! Channels and sound is great. I canceled cable for Roku now i save alot of money $$$

    ROKU works well with the LG TV. Only issue is the Magic Remote is not compatible with Roku so you have to have two remotes. But otherwise, works well.

    I bought this because Roku my basic Roku devices in the house became obsolete and messages kept popping up saying the device couldn’t handle the TV and/WI-FI connection. So I bought this expensive kit. It constantly glitches all day long. It’s annoying!
