The big problem is the sounds varies greatly from channel to channel. For example, you can barely hear Hulu through the Roku, but it is fine through the Samsung app.

To check, you can Press Home>Network>Check Network Connection. Additionally, make sure that your device has the latest software version. If the streaming device is connected to the TV, try plugging it directly into the power source to check if the device is receiving sufficient power. Also, please try to do a system restart. Very frustrating considering I only bought this for Netflix.

Which means all the bit and pieces were suppose to be there. They were not all there., I new this was a minimal performance model but it is frustratingly slow
