Would not download the apps specified on the box. Worked with Tech support to try and download - still didn’t work. I finally gave up. I am going to attempt to return. Very disappointed. Will go back to FireStick

It worked great at first, then we started having connectivity issues. Stopped using it for a little, just tried it again and keep getting an error message to check all the cable connections. The salesman I worked with did not seem to know what he was talking about. I tried to explain that I wanted to get full 4 g streaming, but the item he sold me will not give me hdr dolby. I was hoping to have this straightened up at a Geek squad meeting that I had set up while I was at the store, but that turned out to be a no show- which as it turns out, I was apparently billed for. I have spent several thousand dollars at you store over the last couple years and am becoming upset with the recent service.
