The Roku streaming stick is simple to use, and much better than the device that sits by the tv. It will pick up the signal from anywhere in the room, and not get blocked if it’s turned slightly.

I bought it so I could stream Xfinity to a spare TV in the basement. Does it have all the features of the connection I get with my Xfinity top box, no it does not. Does it serve its purpose? YES IT DOES. It allows me to watch my sports and NetFlix etc in the basement while I am working at my work bench. This is perfect for a TV set that isn’t being used everyday. Worth the money. I won’t use it to replace my cable box.

Hooked this up to my Vizio TV and was in business in a few minutes. Easy and fast. The remote does everything, including basic TV functions. The menus respond quickly, faster than my old firestick.

Love Roku. It allows me to get everything, such as Youtube, YouTube TV, Hulu, everything. Those are just a couple of the channels you can get. Roku is also very easy to operate.

I use Roku for my tvs that don’t have apps built in. It also works well when you travel and the tv at the locations requires you to pay to use their apps on their tvs. In case of a bad weather day.

I got a pair of these for my parents as they have weaker wi-fi in their house, but these do the trick for streaming even on low download speeds. I will say the volume control doesn't work on a tv they have satellite hooked up to, but that might be for the best for them. They've complimented the new streaming set up on multiple occasions, so I know they're happy with how things are working. If I didn't already spend money on the more basic Roku devices, I'd be getting one of these for myself!!

I have had a Roku before and have always been happy with them. They are easy to use and offer a lot and I like that there is no continuing monthly fee. You just buy the Roku and you are all set.

Bought this to replace one from 3-4 years ago. That one was so slow loading that I couldn't take it anymore. Bought this thing and it's lightening fast from turn on to playing a show. That was the main the reason for the purchase, but the other 2 features that make this thing so great are 1) it's got the bluetooth connection vs RF or whatever was used in previous versions. You don't have to aim this thing directly at the receiver to use it, which was sometimes a real pain in the butt in our living room situation. Sounds like a minor thing, but can't tell you how great it is not to be leaning and getting my aim directly correct in order to change a channel. 2) This one has the TV controls on it. No longer need my 2nd (TV) remote to turn it on and control the volume. Pretty handy and nice to not have that extra remote laying around. Great purchase and happy about the upgrades from previous models!

We got this for my father who is an independent 80 yo. It's perfect! This is so easy to set up, and it's very user friendly with it's large, clear, colorful display of apps and info.

Roku simply outdoes the rest. Fast UI response, easy navigation, and tons of Roku TV channels. The only reason I've had to replace three of these remotes is because I have a large dog that has a taste for good technology.

Great streaming device. I love Roku. Over the years, I have had to replace the sticks on occasion. All of the equipment stays on all the time so it does seem to get very hot. The nice thing about this streaming stick is that it is not plugged directly into the TV and hangs down in the back of the TV. Easy to install. The only reason I did not give this a five is because the remote requires batteries and is not rechargeable.

This Roku has breathed new life into a five year old LG tv. It is much faster than the WebOS system that comes with the tv. The picture quality is fantastic and streaming speeds and reliability are better than before. It also resolved a home location issue that I had with Hulu.

This Roku stick works well. It stays connected to my wifi and the picture quality is great. It also is has the spectrum TV app

Makes my "Not-Smart" TV stream my spectrum content beautifully. We were having extreme difficulty with our Fire Stick and replaced it with this Roku stick. The difference is unbelievable! Roku is Much, Much, Much better! Very easy to set up too!

Much better than any smart TV software- I no longer hook TVs to the internet due to software changes and slowly bogging down. In a perfect world, non-smart TVs would be available so they don't need to be thrown in the trash every few years but this helps.
