I have been using ROKU for streaming for many years now and the 4K stick is easily the most affordable best bang for the buck that has ever been offered. The user interface is easy to navigate and I especially am pleased that voice commands are available on the remote. I was concerned that the ROKU stick was too long to plug into my wall mounted TV. Luckily you can get a free extended plug shipped to you from ROKU by going on their website. Very pleased with every aspect of this device.

I used the Roku streaming device for all our TV's even the smart TV's with preloaded apps. I like the simplicity and reliability of the device. It has been compatible with all of our TV's, irrespective of brand. Probably the only thing I don't like is it seems to eat batteries. I replace batteries all-to-often and I can't figure out why. The other downside is the occasional disputes between YouTube TV and Roku over streaming rights. On two occasions the tug of war between Roku and YouTube resulted in a cessation of certain channels provided by YouTube until these disputes could be worked out. Because I stream YouTube I am wondering if in the future I would purchase ChromeCast (a Google product) so the experience was more seamless. Something to consider for those not wedded to a particular device.

Easy set-up and works great on my Samsung tv. The remote is very good with voice commend and volume control.

Fast, easy-to-use streaming device with great WiFi porformance in a compact form. Rokus have a simple and uncluttered interface, and this 4K stick makes navigating it easy and pleasant with very quick start-up and app launching. Add in Roku's useful mobile remote app with private listening and Apple Airplay, this pretty much satisfies all the streaming needs you'd want. Hard to go wrong with this 4K stick–no complaints.

Very easy setup. The voice remote is a great feature. Use this with my main living room TV.

I bought this Roku for my mom who has recently decided to let her cable go. My mom is up in age, but the Roku is very user friendly and within a few days she was already acclimated and using it with ease.

I just purchased this Roku a couple of weeks ago. I was afraid that it would be hard to set up, but it was easier than I thought it would be. I am enjoying the different shows that I can get now on my older smart TV that I could not get before attaching this to my TV. I have not had any trouble with the Roku yet and like the simplicity of it. I can still watch my TV without the Roku when I want to (I can get some channels with my antenna from Buffalo and Toronto).

Roku sticks are super easy to setup. They are easy to use. Even have voice control, too. Many of friends have bought them and raved about them.

Far easier to use than a traditional smart TV. It's nice to have one interface where every service I subscribe to is culminate with a single log in. In addition we have several rental properties and this is perfect for that. It has a guest mode where guest that have Roku can log in to their account and enjoy their subscribed channels. Also the Roku free channels are numerous, several hundred in fact.

Easy to navigate the controls and channels. Fits in the palm of your hands, great price.

My remote control quit working while it was still under warranty. I wanted to call Best Buy, but THERE IS NO PNONE NUMBER TO TALK WITH AN EMPOLYEE--only chat rooms to talk with other customers--which I absolutely detest. So, I went to the store and explained what happened. I was told to bring it in to store to receive credit toward its replacement. Everybody was courteous and helpful and even picked up the new replacement, because I am elderly and physically handicapped. They were very nice to me.

Works very well and am very happy with it as a replacement for a broken Firestick. I prefer the remote on the Roku as well as the interface. Very easy to download apps and the casting function works great too. Also able to use Apple airplay to cast your entire screen which I love. My only issue is that you cannot download 3rd party apps.
