Bought this for my mom who has trouble with Smart TVs.... Roku is so easy and user friendly! She loves it! This product has saved me hours of daily phone calls trying to guide her on how to use the regular smart tv.. now we can spend that time on just chatting!

This made a dead TV into a totally smart tv with simple steps. The only thing I had a hard time with was trying to remember my wifi password lol. But it all turned out for the best

Roku sticks are super easy to setup. They are easy to use. Even have voice control, too. Many of friends have bought them and raved about them.

Have had for years and works great. The remote is also replaceable if needed

I have 4 of these streaming sticks and they can turn anything that has a HDMI input into a TV. Easy to set up and simple to operate!

We purchased this after doing a lot of research on the different Roku models. We had the standard one for many years and it started having a bunch of connection issues. We purchased this one because it had newer software then the standard one and it had the long-range wifi receiver. It works great, we are glad we switched it out. Its also nice that you can hide it behind the tv unlike the other ones.

Tried to use the Roku Stick with our small Fire TV. Unfortunately we changed tv services and no longer needed it, but it seemed easy to use.

The Roku is easy to use. It's nice having it voice activated too.

Love Roku. It allows me to get everything, such as Youtube, YouTube TV, Hulu, everything. Those are just a couple of the channels you can get. Roku is also very easy to operate.

The Roku streaming device is great. Easy to install and set up. Get lots of channels and very clear.

Easy to install and use. Great picture up to 4K and sound. TV control buttons are an nice upgrade from previous versions. Works well with Spectrum app.

great that you can talk to the remote. Cord it comes with is very short, so I would buy one sort of adapter or the unit will break as it is flimsy at the HDMI end

This stick is working perfectly — still figuring out settings and navigation — wish the mute button was up higher on the side so as no to mistakenly hit it while holding the remote — can’t break the habit of holding the remote all the time — hoping the hands free option on the Pro version helps me break the habit — the interface is much less cluttered than other devices and the adds stay off to the right

We got this for my father who is an independent 80 yo. It's perfect! This is so easy to set up, and it's very user friendly with it's large, clear, colorful display of apps and info.

I have been using ROKU for streaming for many years now and the 4K stick is easily the most affordable best bang for the buck that has ever been offered. The user interface is easy to navigate and I especially am pleased that voice commands are available on the remote. I was concerned that the ROKU stick was too long to plug into my wall mounted TV. Luckily you can get a free extended plug shipped to you from ROKU by going on their website. Very pleased with every aspect of this device.

I purchased 2 of these to upgrade my old 4k roku with hdr to dolby vision. My 2 tv's have dolby vision, but i was forced to use the clunky onboard apps (one lg, on android os) to get that benifit. I have always preferred my rokus for apps because they just work faster and the layout is consistent between units. With these, i'm very pleased, fast start uo, easy synch with my roku account, which carried over many of my subscription passwords and made set uo even faster. Now i have full dolby vision from my netflix, vudu, and amazon accounts. The only glitch i've had between my old 4k and this is the remote with this one sonetimes doesnt want to work right away, sonetimes 20 second delay to start working other times i have ti reset to get it going. I think it's because it's now paired to be able to voice control, which i never use. Annoying issue, but not enough to detract from 5 stars for me. The old unit once in a while would act up and not pick up from the hdmi slot and i'd have to unplug it and plug it back in. Not often, just occasinally. All around a great purchase. I got them on sale making it even better. The old rokus will be moved to older tv's that didnt have them before, and I get the benifits of using my tv's full capabilities. I feel this model is right at a good value and price and reccomend the upgrade.

I like the available apps, especially Spectrum TV. The voice remote fearure is super nice and makes it easy to find what you're looking for. The Roku app on my phone has a remote feature which is awesome!! If you don't have the remote nearby you can just use your phone. It also allows you to use your phone keyboard to type your login info for your apps-much easier. The Roku was very easy to set up and use. I have this and the Firestick. I like this better. The Roku has a lot more apps available. The 4K steaming quality was pretty equivalent. I recommend the Ruku.

I used the Roku streaming device for all our TV's even the smart TV's with preloaded apps. I like the simplicity and reliability of the device. It has been compatible with all of our TV's, irrespective of brand. Probably the only thing I don't like is it seems to eat batteries. I replace batteries all-to-often and I can't figure out why. The other downside is the occasional disputes between YouTube TV and Roku over streaming rights. On two occasions the tug of war between Roku and YouTube resulted in a cessation of certain channels provided by YouTube until these disputes could be worked out. Because I stream YouTube I am wondering if in the future I would purchase ChromeCast (a Google product) so the experience was more seamless. Something to consider for those not wedded to a particular device.
