we love our Roku stick it is easy to hook up and use! it has lots of access and we love it

The RoKu streaming stick is excellent. It replaced three remote units. Much easier to manage movie providers and other programs. I no longer have to reset program errors made by others. It may be my imagination but speed also improved. I found it to be especially useful on TVs that are older than a couple of years. The price was right.

Works well, very easy to install, even for a technologically challenged person.

After getting my most recent Comcast bill I turned in all my boxes. Then bought 3 roku's I would tell you that they are very easy to install, an Intricate process but easy. I googled when things didn't workout like the pictures. I've had the a month and like them. I like the voice commands when i want to go to an app. If i had to manually do it i would go insane too many steps. For what they save you dollar wise well worth the investment.

The Roku Streaming Stick 4K has been a great addition to my TV setup. It was very easy to install and connected to my Wi-Fi quickly. The inexpensive TV in a spare bedroom had an Internet card that was barely functional. Extreme slow start up on the TV and lots of buffering. It was a new TV but again not expensive. I plugged in the Roku and it fired up immediately and now I get great reception and great response to the remote not to mention all the channels Roku provides and streaming services I subscribe to. I use Roku on all my TVs.

Easy set up and easy to use and an inexpensive way to watch my tv. Installed one on 2 TVs . It’s really great. Never realized how good it worked and we really like it.saving us a lot of money

Bought this ROKU model to replace the older and slower one I've had. Much better remote and loads faster than the previous model. Also, I prefer the thumb drive that comes with this model compared to the previous "peel-and-stick-box" of the older model. Less cords hanging from the television!

My wife and I have been very pleasantly surprised at how easy this streaming conversion using Roku is going. We have also been amazed at how many shows and videos are available via free channels. Also, the microphone feature on this #3802R model is an excellent feature to have. Many thanks to K.G. at Best Buy in Anderson, SC, for his advice and guidance on this purchase.

ROku is the best streaming device on the market. It’s quick and easy to install, navigate and access all your favorite apps. It even has Apple TV accessibility. You can control tv power and volume from your remote and you can get one with earbuds to connect to your remote. The Roku App keeps your devices organized and enables you to use it as a remote. I have 4 Roku sticks and won’t use anything else!

This is a decent product but a key consideration is how you intend to use it. We switched from a satellite TV provider to streaming service after fiber optic became available in our neighborhood. We had two large smart TVs and two non-smart TVs. The Roku stick and remote work well in a child’s BR and is simple enough for a 7 YO to use after we downloaded the TV streaming app (we don’t subscribe to Roku). Our main smart TV now uses a more powerful remote and HDMI mini-receiver and the streaming service is much better than satellite, which was often garbled during thunderstorms. Tried using the Roku stick and remote on a smart TV in the main bedroom. Ultimately ordered a second remote and HDMI mini-receiver from our streaming service to match the setup in the living room for consistency. For adults the more powerful remote and HDMI mini-receiver worked better because it was a more powerful remote. We previously had used the satellite version of a TV provider. The streaming version via fiber optic is MUCH better. The streaming version is a DIY install, but had inadequate instructions. The Roku stick and remote was OK but the limited keyboard on screen settings up our provider app necessitated changing the password. Overall prefer the provider remote over Roku for ease of use but it is a decent product.
