The only downfall is it doesn’t stay on all day and I keep it on for my dogs when I’m not home. I believe it shuts off between 4-6 hrs.

In the meantime, please try this simple step: carefully unplug the power cable from your Roku player and let it cool down. Avoid placing your Roku in a cabinet or other enclosed space, or on top of other electronic devices. You can also try installing a free HDMI extender to move your Roku away from the back of your TV. Mainly the mute button. When I’m doing anything I’m always accidentally hitting the mute button. Very irritating.
