My old Roku went kaput and I replaced it with the same model.

I switched from a Firestick to Roku. Very similar in operation but Roku offers a “guest” feature that the Firestick does not. One negative on the Roku is that the volume and mute buttons are on the side. It becomes annoying how often the mute button is accidentally hit.

Love it! Works great, i would tell any body looking to stream to buy this!

Roku keeps improving their devices. This streaming stick worked great with an older TV and even got enough power from its USB port which couldn't power an older Roku.

Wish I had bought one a long tome ago. Love the free content that Roku has. There is at times a short delay ( maybe 20-15 seconds) to load up a channel, but absolutely love the device. Easy to get to xfinity, Amazon Prime, Netflix and many others. Just go get one!

Excellent to have access to all the channels without a monthly payment for an extra box in my television service.

Easy start to streaming and hookup is even easier.

PRO: Staff was professional, knowledgable, and worked very hard to resolve questions/issues. They were kind/respectful and patient. They did not make the customer(s) feel stupid because they did not know the correct questions to ask or completely grasp the answer(s). CON: It is very hard to get appointments on the day/time needed to have products services. Multiple trips to the store have to be made, resulting in too much time and expensive.

Gotta Love The Roku My only Complaint is all the commercials you have put up with now the first roku i bought there was not that many commercials but that was about 10 years ago they make more money from the ads then they make from the hardware they sell to us

Really like this product but the remote needs changes. The up and down when using guide can only move one channel at the time instead of having a page button to review several channels at a time. Because of this the down and up button on my remote failed after only using 2 weeks. Had to return item.

I am pleased with my Roku device. It offers a great selection of TV programs, movies and game shows. I especially appreciate the choice of detective programs as well as Westerns

I was hesitant to try Roku. Then I got 2 of them and I love it I’m saving $150ish a month by not having cable I will recommend these to any and all thank yiu

I love Roku free stuff and this stick is small and easy to install. And once you get use to the remote, it's easy and simple to use.

It has a very simple design compared to the traditional TV remote that has many buttons that are never used and this makes it very easy for young children to use in the car without needing help.

As a big Firestick person, I was curious if Roku stood up. I'm thoroughly enjoying my purchase and the only negative I see is the lack of the option to sideload apps.

Works OK. Slower than nVidia Shield, but more user friendly.
