Tried a factory reset, but now it's stuck on the remote pairing screen - nothing changes that. Tried to exchange/return it, but Best Buy's return window is smaller than other stores. Would've been great had it kept working.

I'm sure the item would be alright on a Television that it worked with. Store personal told me it would work to replace the original remote that came with the TV but it didn't. I returned the item.
