Geek Squad came out. Sent a wrong work detail first from the center. Had to reschedule. Roku in a Dynex tv bought at BB fails to function properly. Disappointed.

Probably a great product but did not work on my old Samsung Smart TV. Couldn't get Paramount+

There is a constant problem with buffering and the picture freezing but audio continues. Tried all the suggested fixes to no avail.

Love the product. Now able to stream my favorite shows on Netflix and The Chosen on my non smart TV.

I travel for work and this keeps me occupied with all the streaming apps i have accts for at the various hotels i stay in, confirguring the wifi is super simple ... definitely worth the buy. It automatically detects the aspect ratio and the overall sound and picture is very clear. The firestick is a good choice too but Roku has more when it comes to apps and the user friendly platform

Great cost efficient device for streaming. Dump the built in streaming apps and laggy streaming sticks for this. I have purchased several of these and have had nothing but an excellent experience. Device is fast, snappy and responsive. Menu is also simple enough for my older family members to use it without getting overwhelmed, I can’t say the same for Fire TV with their ever growing bloated home screen. Obviously can’t match devices like the Apple TV 4K and Nvidia Shield Pro but it’s definitely the best in its price range. My only gripe is that you can’t disable to single Ad that Roku has on screen.

I’ve been really disappointed with Roku lately. It tends to freeze the image, or displays the buffer message. We haven’t decided if it’s the stick itself, or the Samsung smart TV we use it with.

A nice “plug-&-go” item. It set up quickly, easily, and automatically. Remote is intuitive and handy with voice commands available, and TV power and volume buttons.

This is the best version of the streaming stick from Roku. I tested it on my vizio 65 inch and it registers HDR10 and dolby vision with no issues. The wireless is good with no issues streaming. Dune looked absolutely stunning in 4k. Setup was simple. Apps open noticeably faster and lag is nonexistent. This also seems to manage heat better than the other sticks. Being such a small device past sticks can sometimes overheat if streamed for long periods in a hot environment. This stick was able to maintain a lower temperature even when streaming 4k HDR.

I love Roku. I love the product and it’s so easy to set up.

Replaced an existing Roku 4K stick that had failed. This new 4K HDR version was quite the upgrade. The improved picture quality on my Sony Bravia tv was definitely noticeable. It would have probably been worth the upgrade even if my old one hadn't failed.

This streaming stick works excellent with our Samsung 4K TV. I would highly recomment it.

Please don’t buy this junk it’s apiece of junk don’t buy it it will stuck while you’re watching your show there is no way out when buying this junk unless you don’t buy it

I bought this to replace a faulty Amazon Firestick. This product underperformed so badly I returned to using the faulty Firestick and returned this product to the store.

Love this remote. Comes with its own tv channels. Paired easily with my Sony tv. Controls the on and off as well as volume.

Roku stick was easy to install. Does what it says it will.
