works as designed, not too much you could possibly say about it other then it works or it doesn't!! we hooked it up and so far no issues other than having to click one channel at a time rather than just entering your numbers such as 2, 4 or 12 for instance, that is totally a pain!!

I'm not sure if this is a 3 or a 4, but I don't give it a 5 because I think there are better out there. It isn't a "bad" device, but just not as good as others in my opinion. We bought this and ended up returning it for a Fire TV Stick instead because of the ease, speed and creature comforts. I like the remote of the Fire better, and definitely like the YouTube TV app with Fire much better. You can get to YouTube TV through the YouTube app on Roku, but kind of clunky vs. being able to go directly to it.

Roku is a great streaming platform. Many free programs, very easy to find and download additional apps and can easily add premium streaming channels and apps. And you can get started for about $40.

When I switched back to Spectrum, I learned that I could use this Roku instead of Spectrum's device. At $40, it sure beats spending $11 a month. Learing curve for this is not bad at all. But I do wish it had a number pad for changing channels.

I bought the Roku to smarten up an 11 year old TV in our new basement. With just an internet connection, I've added a bunch of streaming services and live TV (via YouTube TV). So far, I'm very happy with my Roku, it's easy to use, pretty intuitive, and it didn't break the bank.

Love our Roku. Have them on all our tv’s even the motorhome.

This Roku device is very convenient for when you travel. I just got back from visiting family out of state and took it with me so I could watch shows in the evening. It worked perfectly!

Cut the cable chord and went to streaming. After reviewing all of the options went with Roku for 2 purchases. Best Buy had both of them in stock with a great price. Happy I moved to streaming.

The Roku setup is the best. I have 10 of these in one of my homes. From the kitchen to the bathroom as well the gym and my basketball court. I like how simple and easy the set up is. As well the consistency of the product.

Constantly having problems with streaming Hulu - talked to a tech at Hulu - they recommended Roku - Firestick seems to have a few glitches working with Hulu - replaced with Roku on one tv and have not had one problem so far - it's been a couple months. Still a Firestick user though - have 5 - but may be replace with Roku in the future.

Much easier to use than expected. My only issue is the stick gets pretty warm. I didn't feel comfortable having this plugged into the back of my TV for this reason. I don't have many HDM's so I purchased a switch box and use an HDMI cable to attach to TV and this solved the issue. My HDMI's are not easy to reach so it's not convenient to unplug when not in use or to hook up my Blu Ray player. I don't use Roku stick all of the time and just use for occasional streaming. Has worked great for that.

The Roku Stick is easy to install, set up, and use. It provides all the apps Peacock, Paramount+, and others that our five-year old smart TV can't. However, we were disappointed when 17 days after receipt, Best Buy put this item on sale and won't price-match after 15 days. The 15-day price match policy is too short.

Great Black Friday Deal. Purchased so we could watch Paramount+ on a fairly dumb TV. Wish we'd purchased sooner. SO many options of free things to watch. Don't let the "must have credit card" when you create an account scare you. It's only there, should you want to watch something with a fee.
