It was easy to install and I found the voice remote was a welcome feature I didn't have on my previous Roku. I do wish there was an easy way to get in contact with the Roku customer service with a question I had.

Lots of free channels to watch, with roku you don’t even really need your Netflix or Hulu subscription.
