I found the product to be easy to install. There was no guesswork because I had installed several sticks. Even setting up the account took just a few minutes. There were the usual hoops to jump through which might concern a first time user. But overall, the purchase was well worth it.

The stick works just as promised but it is very hard to get anybody to help if there is a problem. Chatting is considered the way to go. Getting a live person is much harder. We had to talk to someone in India to get live help.

The stick works great on our older model tv and has plenty of features

I needed to replace my older streaming stick because it stopped working. This new one, so far, works perfectly.

I have previously owner roku express devices and i can safely say that this roku stick is by far the fastest streaming device, testing internet speeds are 3 to 4 times faster than roku express.

Pretty good quality and good picture would really recommended if you want to save money with cable

A great upgrade for my wifes office TV. She gets the channels she wants on her old Sony.

A high end unit may have been better. Such as voice options. However, I am not skilled in this type venture.

I absolutely love my Roku!! It’s def worth cutting back on cable bills

Works as advertised for my not-quite smart enough TV to get YouTube TV. Because it is Roku you must go through their home screen to get to streaming services. A slight inconvenience.

Better than a firestick by a mile. Not limited to apps like firestick.

I switched all my TVs from Fire stick to Roku. Fire stick WiFi reception was bad in some TVs further from the modem. Roku has a lot better reception and more easily downloaded channels. I've found more or the shows I like on Roku. And much easier to use

Hooked it up, sign up for several free channels and it works great, the image quality is better than my cable

Works perfectly with my new tv! I first thought not to get it, but your tv must be compatible for the spectrum app to work. The team helped me to secure the right tv and roku stick within my budget.

Easy to install, works fast and reliable. My LG was making funny things thru his WebOS system and the with the Roku there is no more problems.
