I was confused between Roku, Google chromecast and Amazon firestick. Honestly, still don`t know 100% differences between these, but Roku seems to have a very solid interface and platform. My friends have all of these products, but most of them seem to vouch for Roku.

There are plenty of streaming platforms to choose from. The Best Buy associates were very helpful in explaining the device to me. Would recommend this item.

The only thing I do not like about Roku is that every few years you have to buy a newer model or they will phase out what you can watch which is why I give it a moderate value rating.

Every family car with an entertainment system should have one. This can work of USB power so you don't need a home outlet

Well worth the money. My only caveat will not that my only wish is that I could get local news that I get either over the air on my antenna or on cable. It may be there but I don't know how to access it

When the signal is slow and the firestick buffers, the Roku works without the buffering or buffers alot less. My only complaint is Roku tries to manage all my account finances which is a plus to many others. Yes I'm one of those people who like free trails then cancel.

I subscribe to a couple of streaming services & live TV to access local & other channels.
