    Roku doesn’t support their products, disposable.

    Stopped working after 2 months. Best Buy won’t take it back because it’s past the return period and Ruku’s customer service sucks. They make it impossible to get a return authorization for warranty. If you are buying this product purchase the extended warranty or just buy a fire stick at least they have some type of customer support.

    Made my tv a smart tv which helped reduce the wires so I could mount my tv. I used to have to connect it to a console now no visible wires!

    Had roku express prior, and was annoyed by the range of the remote (remote didn’t work from certain angles). This did not have that issue.

    I returned this after it stopped working. I had called Roku customer service, who couldn’t figure out the problem. I got a Chromecast with Google TV 4K, and it works great.

    Very disappointed! After years of being a happy Roku user I had issues with the 2 new 4K sticks I bought. After hours of wasted time on chats and calls with Roku support I finally gave up and threw the device in the trash. Roku support is horrible and not at all supportive. When it works the Roku platform is great, but they are worthless if you have a hardware issue even with a brand new device. Unfortunately the Best Buy return policy is 14 days, otherwise I would have returned it.

    This is my second, the 1st 4K lasted 2 months. It just lost power. Took it to a store, person on the floor asked if I had tried new batteries. Which I had, said wasn't anything he could do for me, suggested I buy another

    The Roku Streaming Stick 4K was functioning fine up until two weeks ago when pressing the OK button became an issue . The button needed to be pressed firmly to engage but even the it did not work every time.

    Might have been the way it had to plug into our tv. The power cord on the stick plug sat on top pulling on it more than what seems it was made for. Might work better on different tv.

    I purchase 2 of these. Both have the same problem. When the tvs are turned on the HDCP error screen comes up when I try to stream YoutubeTV. I unplug the sticks and plug them back in and the error goes away. I have tried all of Rokus trouble shooting. Nothing fixes it. One tv is LG other is Samsung. 5 year old Roku works great. Many complaints on Roku website for the same problem. No solution that I can find

    The Best Buy rep was very good on going over the different features of Roku, which I bought when my regular service Verizon, DROPPED ONE AMERICA NEWS. But after a week or so, Roku changed One America to a paid service, rather than what was advertized as free. Further ROKU gets a ZERO rating in itself. First you can not fast forward on commercials; second if you watch part of something, the show may not be there when you go to see the end of it and even if it is there, the system does NOT keep taps n where you ended, so you have to watch it all again or try to skip to the right spot. Their selection of shows would need improvement to get to the Blockbuster level ! DO NOT BUY!
