It worked out beautifully it replaced the need to have to use the TV remote TV has very good picture and sound

Having voice control, tv on/off control, tv volume control and mute all on one remote “streamlines” streaming for me.

Battery compartment can be difficult to open, but it’s a minor quibble

It has worked very well and we are very pleased with the purchase.

It’s ease of use is excellent and just what we needed. Thanks too for all assistance and guidance we received through Best Buy’s Total Tech. Would definitely purchase both Roku and Total Tech again!

I miss having a number pad on the remote for changing channels, and the batteries that came with the remote did not last but a little over a month…I hope that isn’t a norm. Other than those minor things I am pleased and have been recommending it to friends.

Not quite as good as service with app on our new Samsung. Stick dos not provide on demand service. Limited to what they are offering at certain times.

Had to finally upgrade my old Roku that lasted forever, logging in and having all my apps already there was convenient and helpful
