It was so easy to do. And the voice remote has helped me find the shows that I like to watch without hunting all over.

Posted .Hi Myoko, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. In the meantime, please try this simple step: carefully unplug the power cable from your Roku player and allow it to cool down. Ensure it has good ventilation and is not in an enclosed space. You can also try installing a free HDMI extender to move your Roku away from the back of your TV. I had used an Amazon Fire Stick for years and always had problems with it, so far I’m not having any problems with the Roku. Happy I made the switch.
