It did work, but then twice in two weeks the Roku stick reset itself requiring complete setup online from scratch. Then found and used the supplied USB power supply and have not had any issues since.

I had replace an older unit that failed after 2 years. Roku customer service wasn't helpful. "Buy another one." I've had several and only one had problems.

The Roku remote volume and mute buttons don't work well. Volume up or down can move in increments of 1, 2, 3 or 4 when I only want 1. The mute button will mute my tv fine but when I try to unmute it tries and then I have to press it again to unmute.

If your remote doesn't have a pairing button, press and hold the Back and Home buttons for 20 seconds.
