Nice to have the stick in the back of the tv with no wires going to power as long as you have a USB port on the tv. On another tv without the USB port, we plug the USB cable into a power outlet (with an extension cord) using a USB to 110 power adapter. One issue to be aware of, if the HDMI outlet is flush with the back of the tv, it will stick out towards the wall if the tv is wall mounted. If the USB outlet on the tv is at a 90 degree angle, make sure it can fit so nothing is in its way.

Love the fact I can mute my TV with the remote. However, wish one of the short cut buttons were different b/c not has Apple TV. They are more likely to use Hulu over Apple.

Bought a LG smart TV a few years ago. Enjoy watching the streaming services, but it was always buffering. I thought it was the Wi-Fi, internet speed or placement etc. Put this Roku stick in the back and BAM, no more buffering, lagging or "Cannot Connect". The LG store also does not have as many apps as does Roku. Didn't really want another remote to deal with, but also didn't enjoy all the interruptions to my viewing.
