    The units operated find after the cable company rebooted my network system. On the initial installation, the unit didn't retain any memory of prior channels. Not being sure if there was a defect in the Stick, I contacted the cable company. I was not the stick but getting it in sync with network. Now it is operating as expected, following the replacement of the previous stick that failed after 4 years of operation.
