Great Streaming Stick!

Our other 2 Rokus were working just fine (and still do) so there was no real rush to connect it to a rarely watched tv. However, now that tv is probably the most watched tv. This version of the Roku streaming stick seems a little faster than our other units. Picture quality is great too.

Fast streaming with responsive performance and no latency. Best budget friendly device to stream your favorite apps. My only complaint is the location of the volume buttons located on the side which you often hit by accident when handling the controller. If they fix that, I would give them 5 stars.

Installations was simple, I had it up and going quite easily. Even someone who doesn't like tech can manage this device. Price was very attractive too.

I love it because it fits nicely behind my wall mounted TV with no wires showing.

Tried the Google Chromecast device. Unfortunate that the Google device is proprietary, i.e., you can not use it with a Windows Laptop, only with a Google Chrome Book. Plus, you have to download an Android compatible app and cast content from your phone to the TV. Not convenient. Therefore, I utilized the ROKU 4K stick. Great product.

There are lot of options out there or do it yourself. I wasn't sure what to get and decided to try this on sale. It was worth the money. Very easy to set up. Once you get it connected to the internet then you can use voice control for most of the setup. I liked it so much I bought 3 more for other rooms in the house. I like the Roku love TV.

Extreme slow start up on the TV and lots of buffering. It was a new TV but again not expensive. I plugged in the Roku and it fired up immediately and now I get great reception and great response to the remote not to mention all the channels Roku provides and streaming services I subscribe to. I use Roku on all my TVs.

Roku is so easy and user friendly! She loves it! This product has saved me hours of daily phone calls trying to guide her on how to use the regular smart tv.. now we can spend that time on just chatting!
