First, the mute button is placed where I've occasionally pressed it by accident. Second, the fast forward and rewind functions are not as good as they could be and are on the Uverse system, for example. Generally, though, it does what it promises and I'm glad I finally got one.

Because it is Roku you must go through their home screen to get to streaming services. A slight inconvenience.

Volume is an issue and did not pair correctly but will admit, it could be user. You still have to sign up for streaming platforms to get best use of device. I would not recommend to my friend because were old and we don't like streaming but was trying something new

Roku Streaming Stick 4K

We did keep our TV service for now. I must say, it is much slower to turn on the TV and find a station to watch, but worth it to save on the cable box rentals...which just jumped in price!
