The only thing I wish is that the remote had backlight for the keypad, so you can change the channels at night without lights.

I really like the stick version as it hides better than the other versions. I also enjoy that it can be connected to apple devices through airplay. However, as others have mentioned, the remote really consumes the battery and you have to replace them once a month; my solution was to avoid using the remote and use the roku app on my phone to control the tv.

Please be aware that if you are using private listening, it will typically drain the battery on your remote faster than when not being used. As a tip, always be sure to unplug your headphones when not in use as this will help conserve your battery.

I travel for work and pleasure and it is great to plug into the TV and watch my shows. Was at my sister's remote cabin and plugged it into the HDMI port on a project to watch shows. LOVE IT

I have so many channels and free programs and movies I don’t know why I didn’t cut the cord sooner!!

I moved my older tv from the living room in to our bedroom. Didn’t want cable so just plugged this in to the usb port and singed in to my streaming accounts and was up and running so quickly. Love it.

Very similar in operation but Roku offers a “guest” feature that the Firestick does not. One negative on the Roku is that the volume and mute buttons are on the side. It becomes annoying how often the mute button is accidentally hit.
