Had bought the HD roku stick and it would constantly freeze or crash. Upgraded to the 4k model and noticed no lag. No more crashing of apps.

I am pleased with my Roku device. It offers a great selection of TV programs, movies and game shows. I especially appreciate the choice of detective programs as well as Westerns

Because we use xFinity our Apple TV boxes did not work so we went with Roku. These Streaming Sticks work fine until they don't. Over the past several years or so we have had to replace three of them (we have four t.v.s) despite light use (no children here, only the elderly) so their longevity in our experience leaves much to be desired.

As a big Firestick person, I was curious if Roku stood up. I'm thoroughly enjoying my purchase and the only negative I see is the lack of the option to sideload apps.

Easy to install, works fast and reliable. My LG was making funny things thru his WebOS system and the with the Roku there is no more problems.

I love the Roku brand. We own and Ultra and two Sticks. I only give four stars because our Sticks will (rarely but once in a while) not work indicating that they have "low power". They're always plugged in and the power light is on. Eventually, it always resolves itself but it does happen.

A high end unit may have been better. Such as voice options. However, I am not skilled in this type venture.

My old Roku went kaput and I replaced it with the same model.

I switched all my TVs from Fire stick to Roku. Fire stick WiFi reception was bad in some TVs further from the modem. Roku has a lot better reception and more easily downloaded channels. I've found more or the shows I like on Roku. And much easier to use

My mom can't run cables into the bedroom, so I got her this and another for the living room. It controls the TV power and volume, has streaming service applications, and brings consistency to all the different TVs in the house.

I'll be getting it for Christmas, so it has not been used yet.

Does just about everything the appletv does for 1/4 of the price and has a better remote

I have a Roku in every room that I have a TV. The only thing I do not like about Roku is that every few years you have to buy a newer model or they will phase out what you can watch which is why I give it a moderate value rating.

Streaming stick works fine. Set up is easy and it is compatible with my television.

Purchased as a gift for a family member. Makes a difference when you can get to cartoons for the babies and your favorite shows when they go to sleep. Thanks

My Roku stick was delivered promptly and the matched what Roku was offering that week.

For all of my Roku installations I specify the Roku Streaming Stick 4K. My last batch of 12 contained (2) defective devices. Quality control may be of concern.

Great streaming stick especially if you have Spectrum Cable. Use the spectrum app for all your channels
